We have a proven sequence to ensure your pool opening is quick, safe and effective.
What we do
Our skilled service technicians take the time to do the job right, never rushing through the process. In most cases, your pool will be fully operational after our first visit. However, the final start-up might be postponed slightly if the water level needs to be adjusted.
- Our start-up targets:
- All pool equipment is re-assembled and started up.
- All winter equipment (tarp, water bags & plugs) are cleaned and ready for storage.
- The pool area is cleaned (light pressure wash around the pool) and chemicals have been added.

Our crew approaches every job with patience, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. We’re happy to accommodate any specific requests you may have, such as relocating the pool cover to your garage. All pool equipment repairs are handled in-house, and if anything needs attention, you’ll be informed at the time of opening.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean the pool the same day as opening?
No. If you have requested an initial cleaning service – it may take up to 48 hours for our return visit.
Can I select an exact day for opening?
No. We group our appointments based on geography. If you request a specific date, we
will work with you as best we can to accommodate.
