Can I pick products up?
Yes, if prearranged products can be picked up in Thornhill.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take 2 – 8 days for completion on large heavy orders to areas in Ontario.
Are there other shipping options available?
Yes, If you live within the Greater Toronto Area. We have local delivery which can be completed by the next business day. The cost is $10 per order (some restrictions apply). There is no minimum amount required. Inputting your address at checkout will trigger this option.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Ontario on all orders above $199.
Orders below $199 range based on location.
Local next day delivery is available for $10 per order (some restrictions apply).
In what areas do you provide pool service?
Our main area of operation is; Toronto, Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Etobicoke & Scarborough.
We serve the following areas for a reasonable premium. Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Caledon, Nobelton, King City, Aurora, Newmarket, Durham Region, Stouffville, Gwillembury, Uxbridge, Whitby.
Do you clean the pool the same day as opening?
No. We start up the pool system and balance the water to achieve clarity. We follow up within 48 hours for the initial cleaning service.
How do I know if my pool is leaking?
If you are filling the pool abnormally it may be leaking. The normal amount of evaporation is about 1-2” per week.
Where does the water go?
Into the ground. Contact us if you suspect a leak.
Do you offer returns on products?
Most of our products are final sale. There are some limited returns available. Good news – we are here to help. Call or email us today. We will answer any questions you may have.
Do you replace pool liners?
Yes.
How long will the pool liner replacement take?
The whole process from beginning to end is typically 3 – 4 weeks.
